LAYLA'S 4th month BIRTHDAY CAKE

This is the 3rd birthday cake that Layla's mom, Ann, has ordered from me. First, it was even before she was born when I created Ann's baby shower cake. For the past 2 months, I have created monthly birthday cakes for Layla. Since her mom is fascinated with headbands, I thought of making a gumpaste headband topper accented with a large yellow open rose flower. The cake was a moist marbled cake with chocolate buttercream filling.
